You may not have previous B2B sales or recruitment experience, but you will need to be excited by the challenge, have the right mindset and be ready to learn and grow. We’re looking for someone who is eager, driven, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to achieve great outcomes.
You’ll need excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, establish rapport and develop and maintain a network of employers. You’ll be a self-starter who is highly organised, collaborative and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to everything you do.
Most importantly, you’ll genuinely want to make a difference — helping employers find the right people while supporting our clients to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

A full NZ Driver Licence and the ability to travel around the Western Bay of Plenty region are essential for this role.
