Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who can identify worthwhile opportunities.
• Confident negotiator who secures favourable terms.
• Solid understanding of civil construction market trends.
• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to estimation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write tender responses that are clear and persuasive.
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations and commercial teams on pricing and risk.
• Represent SouthRoads in submissions and negotiations.
• Review past bids to improve future wins.
