Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the Matua Marlborough laboratory team in New Zealand. You will support winemaking and cellar teams with technical services and quality control.

You will perform routine sampling, testing, reporting, and contribute to maintaining quality systems while collaborating with a close-knit team during peak harvest periods.

Qualifications

• Be experienced in the use and maintenance of a range of laboratory instrumentation.
• Ideally be tertiary qualification, preferably in a scientific field.
• Be able to work flexible hours as required during our peak harvest period.
• Show exceptional analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Prove yourself to be pragmatic, self-motivated, solutions and customer focused.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Practical experience in the beverage/food industry will be highly regarded.

• Carrying out quality control checks via routine sampling, testing and reporting.
