Job summary

Arvida Group is seeking Wellness Partners to enrich residents' lives with kindness and purpose. You will collaborate with residents to support personal care, encourage resident-led decisions in eating, movement, and activities, and help maintain independence while documenting health conditions.

Role requires teamwork, energy, and a genuine passion for working with older New Zealanders. Ongoing training and supportive mentorship are provided within a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily activities in partnership with the care team.

Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.

Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

Qualifications

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

Arvida Level 1 to Level 3

• NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)
• Evidence ofEnglish test is required if from overseas

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 1 to Level 3)

$23.95 to $29.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

• NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 4)

$28.50 to $31.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
