Job summary

Bethlehem Shores Living Well Limited is seeking a Wellness Partner to enrich residents’ lives, supporting personal care, dignity, and independence within a caring team. You will observe health conditions, document changes, and participate in ongoing training to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires flexibility to rostered shifts, including weekends and nights, with a value-driven, resident-led approach and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• NZ Residents and NZ Citizens prioritized for interview.
• NZQF Level 2/3 qualification or 1 year relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4).
• English test required if from overseas.

Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.

Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

Arvida Level 1 to Level 3

• NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)
• Evidence ofEnglish test is required if from overseas

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 1 to Level 3)
$23.95 to $29.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

• NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 4)
$28.50 to $31.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
