AWC Frac Technology in Wellington, CO is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This hands-on, labor-intensive role focuses on welding and repairing frac-related equipment, requiring experience with multiple welding processes and a safety-first mindset.

You will operate manual and semi-automatic welders, read drawings and welding specifications, maintain records, and ensure a clean, organized work area while adhering to HR, Safety, and Quality standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of welding experience.
• Knowledge of welding operations; SAW experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding school certificates or related associate degree valued.
• Military service appreciated but not required.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and equipment interface.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform production and repair welding on valves and frac equipment.
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Utilize welding processes including GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW.
• Read and interpret welding specifications, part drawings, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Safely operate grinders, saws, plasma cutters, and flame-cutting tools.
• Use lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts.
• Monitor and maintain welding supply inventory.
• Complete required training per HR, Safety, and Quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
