Reporting to the Weld Shop Manager, you'll work alongside our existing Leading Hand to keep our fabrication and welding operation firing on all cylinders. You'll be the eyes and ears on the floor — running projects, keeping the team on track, holding the quality line, and making sure every job leaves the shop the way it should.
Day to day, you'll be hands-on and in the mix — leading by example and making sure the shop runs to the standards IMG is known for.
