Spectrum Care in Lower Hutt is looking for a Community Support Worker to join our Respite service. This role involves weekend shifts and opportunities to cover regular and sleepover shifts as needed, supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

You will follow behaviour support plans, build relationships, and adapt to different communication styles, including non-verbal cues, to provide guidance and comfort as required.
