odd saint, part of Future Hospitality Group in Queenstown, seeks an experienced Kitchen Hand for weekend shifts ( Saturdays and Sundays 7:30am–3:30pm ). You will help keep the kitchen running, manage wash-up areas, and assist with basic food prep in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior Kitchen Hand experience, enjoy a high-volume service pace, are reliable and team-oriented, and can commit to weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen hand experience in a busy cafe, restaurant, or similar.
• Able to work at pace during high-volume service.
• Reliable, organized and willing to help in all kitchen tasks.

Responsabilités

• Keeping on top of dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and wash-up area
• Supporting chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Restocking and keeping work areas ready for service
• Managing rubbish and recycling
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Jumping in to support the wider kitchen team during busy service
