Job summary

Access Community Health is seeking compassionate in-home support workers to help clients thrive in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain dignity, and adapt to individual care needs with a focus on culture and person-centered care.

Training is provided, and roles offer flexible hours with weekend availability. A driver’s license and smartphone are required, along with the right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• No qualifications or prior experience required.
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
• Own a smartphone.
• Full/restricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in clients' homes and daily living activities.
• Support tāngata with their individual care needs and routines in their own homes.
• Respect clients’ culture, values, beliefs, and boundaries.
