Job summary

NZCL is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist people in their own homes across the Bay of Plenty. You will be part of a team delivering 24/7 support with potential sleepover payments on certain rosters, including weekend shifts.

The role involves helping with daily living activities, personal care and community engagement to enable independence. We value empathy, respect and cultural awareness as you support individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be passionate about helping others and show kindness and understanding.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as rostered.
• Full driver’s license is essential.
