Job summary

Chris Lee & Partners, based in Paraparaumu, is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its Wealth Management team. You will manage a loyal client base, deliver personalised investment advice, and nurture long-term relationships while travelling 1–2 days per month to meet clients across New Zealand.

The ideal candidate has several years in wealth management, a calm, client-first approach, and a genuine passion for markets.

Qualifications

Several years’ experience in wealth management, financial advice, investments and/or private banking.
Strong relationship-building skills across a variety of client profiles.
Sound knowledge of investment markets, products and portfolio formation.
A calm, patient, client-first approach.
Genuine interest and passion for the markets and a desire to keep learning

Responsibilities

Managing and growing a portfolio of priority wealth-management clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Providing personalised investment and wealth advice aligned to each client’s goals, risk tolerance and income needs.
Deepening relationships and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client portfolios.
Writing investment plans and delivering regular proactive communication - phone, email, and in-person.
Working closely with the advisor and support team to deliver exceptional client and commercial outcomes.
Travelling 1–2 days per month to meet clients around New Zealand
