Job summary

Talent Propeller Limited is seeking a Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator to operate and maintain Council's Water and Wastewater facilities for the Manawatū district. The role requires standby roster and a commitment to safety and community service. Salary range is $66k-$89k, with development opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Key duties include maintenance, monitoring, and project support, along with applying H&S standards and working hours as required to meet district needs.

Qualifications

• National Certificate/Diploma in Water or Wastewater Treatment or be prepared to work towards these qualifications.
• Experience managing conventional treatment plants.
• Ability to work safely and independently.
• Able to deal with pressure situations and maintain professionalism in a public environment.
• Willingness to work the hours required to deliver on the role requirements.

We're on the lookout for a Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator to join our team and help operate and maintain Council's Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities for the Manawatū district. If you are passionate about delivering top-quality services to our community, this role is for you!
