Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators or heavy plant.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence operating machinery.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake hands-on work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, sludge pumps, vacuum units, and other specialist equipment.
• Receive, process, and manage waste materials.
• Load, move, and stockpile materials around the site.
• Carry out routine plant and equipment inspections.
• Assist with general site maintenance and housekeeping.
• Complete job documentation and operational records.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Support the wider operational team as required.
