Job summary

WM New Zealand is seeking an Operator to process recycling collected from various sources and prepare material for transport. You will work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role may involve operating some mobile plant; possessing a wheels endorsement or forklift experience will be viewed favourably. A first aid certificate adds value.

Qualifications

• We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or material processing is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication is important.
• Physically able to lift 20–30 kg throughout the shift.
• Flexible with working days and hours as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to travel to work using your own transport.
