Job summary

WM New Zealand is seeking an Operator to process recycling collected from various sources and prepare material for transport. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on safety.

Experience with mobile plant, forklift operation, or the ability to gain a wheels endorsement is preferred; training and support are provided to ensure safe, accurate work.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current OSH Forklift Certificate, Endorsement or relevant experience.
• Current First Aid knowledge and safety commitment.
• Physically fit with ability to lift 20–30 kg throughout shifts.
• Reliable, punctual and able to travel to work with own transport.

Responsibilities
