Job summary

Allied Bulk in Auckland is seeking a hands-on Waste Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drivers, dispatching and customer service activities. You will coordinate operations, support drivers, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a practical leader who communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure and prioritises safety and service quality.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a hands-on Waste Operations Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations, drivers, dispatching, and customer service activities.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, supporting drivers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. A strong focus on workplace health, safety, wellbeing, and customer service is essential. Flexibility with working hours is required, including early morning starts and the occasional Saturday.
