Job summary

Inchcape Christchurch is seeking a Warranty Administrator on a fixed-term contract to March 2027. This role supports the Aftersales team by managing warranty claims, service plans, and OEM requirements with accuracy and efficiency. Strong administration skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

You will liaise with manufacturers and service teams, maintain records, and contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end warranty claims process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
• Review, audit and cost repair orders while maintaining compliance with OEM policies and procedures.
• Investigate, resolve and follow up warranty claim discrepancies, rejections and supporting documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate warranty records, reconciliations and reporting to support departmental performance.
• Liaise with manufacturers, service teams and internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and ensure efficient claim resolution.
• Support Service Advisors and the wider Service team while contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
