We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate, Warehousing & Fulfilment to support the seamless distribution of our innovative breastfeeding products. As an integral part of our growing operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse and logistics operations, from inventory management to order fulfilment. This opportunity is offered on a contract basis, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on individual performance, business needs and organisational requirements. Candidates who are available to commence immediately or at short notice will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of goods accurately and efficiently
Carry out product customisation and personalisation according to operational requirements
Prepare goods for delivery and shipment in a timely manner
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods to ensure accuracy and proper condition
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety compliance within the warehouse environment
Support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage.
Basic proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability in completing assigned duties.
Adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Proficient in conversational English and an additional language
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Able to commit to 5.5-day work week (Weekdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm)
