Job summary

Tyler Wren is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations of our Wellington Warehouse, servicing national customers, including well-known QSR brands. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help lead a committed team, maintain operational excellence, and contribute directly to our service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics with team supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Class 2 driver's license preferred; forklift licence advantageous.
• Ability to train and coach diverse teams.
• Commitment to workplace safety and H&S practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing day-to-day warehouse operations
• Oversee staff performance and address issues where required
• Pick, pack, check, and wrap national customer orders
• Provide relief driving support when needed (Class 2 preferred)
• Support Inwards Goods, receipting, credits, and stock corrections
• Provide operational cover for the Team Supervisor during leave
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
• Support roster planning and task allocation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Conduct training to upskill team members
