Job summary

NIOA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Support Specialist in Christchurch to receive, store and manage goods, assist with orders, returns and inventory records. You’ll support safe storage of firearms and sporting goods, working with internal teams and customers to resolve queries and ensure accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or similar operational environment.
• Sound computer literacy.
• Ability to attain a firearms licence and Defence Security Clearance.
• Current Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
• Support safe handling and secure storage of firearms, ammunition and sporting goods.
• Contribute to warehouse safety, accuracy, efficiency and service delivery.
• Deliver prompt customer service via phone and email.
