Sorted Logistics is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor for Christchurch AM shift. You will coordinate workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations on a full-time, Mon-Fri schedule.

The role includes inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch activities, driving performance against KPIs and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will lead a hands-on team, uphold SOPs, and promote a proactive health and safety culture while using MHE and WMS

Competenze

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.
• Current OSH Forklift Licence and practical forklift experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Confidence using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of MPI requirements and warehouse best practices is advantageous.
• Aislemaster experience is highly desirable.

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate work across the shift.
• Support inbound, outbound, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Monitor workflow and ensure customer KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure SOPs, MPI requirements and warehouse processes are followed.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and other MHE.
• Support stock accuracy, cycle counts and general warehouse performance.
• Report to Warehouse Manager and contribute to AM shift success.
