Job summary

Suzuki New Zealand is seeking a proactive Warehouse Store Person for our Parts & Accessories Warehouse at our head office. You will work as part of a team to pick, pack, stock and distribute parts to our dealer network, ensuring accurate deliveries and strong customer service.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week from 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional weekend and after-hours work. Full training and required certifications will be provided to the successful applicant.

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing experience.
• Full Drivers license.
• Bio Security AP certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to follow Health & Safety related processes.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Honest and reliable.
• Willing to work within a team as a supportive team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack parts and accessories.
• Stock and manage inventory in the warehouse.
• Distribute parts to customers and dealers.
• Support biosecurity clearance and related tasks.

We have a position available in our Parts & Accessories Warehouse at Suzuki New Zealand’s head office. We are looking for an energetic person to join our exceptional team who is committed to meeting the Parts and Accessory needs of our Suzuki dealer network. This is a vital role to ensure that the correct parts reach our customers at the expected time, ultimately delivering strong levels of customer service.

This is a permanent role requiring 40 hours per week from 8:00am – 5:00pm, although some occasional weekend and after-hours work may be required from time to time.

In the position ofParts & Accessories – Warehouse Store Person, you will work closely with a team doing similar tasks to meet the needs of the department: picking, packing, stocking, stocktaking, distribution, Bio Security clearance and other related tasks.The Suzuki warehouse holds parts and accessories of all shapes and sizes for the automotive, motorcycle and marine industry.

Preferred skill base:

Previous warehousing experience

Full Drivers license

Bio Security AP certification

Basic computer skills

Ability to meet the physical; requirements of the role

Ability to follow Health & Safety related processes

Ability to work to deadlines

Honest and reliable

Willing to work within a team as a supportive team member
