Job summary

Bidfood Mt Wellington, Auckland is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer to support our logistics team. Work Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00 with breakfast provided and staff discounts. Duties include picking food products, packing orders, and contributing to timely next-day deliveries.

Applicants should be physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. NZ citizens or permanent residents are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience picking in a warehouse.
• Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Licence.
• Good English Written and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from warehouse and prepare orders for next-day delivery.
• Package goods for dispatch and ensure correct quantities are prepared.

Bidfood Logistics is a structured, well organized, growing operation. A role has become available within our Warehouse team. The focus of this team is the picking of food products, packaging, etc. of orders for next day deliveries.

Goods are moved by hand so you will need to be physically fit. A typical working week is 40 fixed dayshift hours over 5 days, Mon- Fri. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, highly productive, reliable & methodical.

Our team is a close unit and work hard for each other. As such, family values are essential. We are all about teamwork. We love to have a laugh, whilst still remaining focused on our tight deadlines.
Applicants should be a New Zealand Citizen or hold a permanent resident visa.
