Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Supervisor for our Highbrook site in Auckland. You will oversee day-to-day agency operations and a team of 6 employees, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and strict adherence to our systems.

Role requires strong communication, a proactive leadership style, and focus on delivering client KPIs. Preferred hoist/reach license and NZ driver’s license may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Intermediate level or above).
• Current hoist and reach license (preferred but not essential).
• Full NZ Driver’s License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and adherence to internal systems.
• Act as the first point of escalation for clients and management.
• Drive the achievement of client KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage team performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Reconcile client inventory and efficiently handle investigations.
• Foster staff development and promote a learning culture.
• Plan labour resources based on client activity needs.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive site culture.
