Enterprise Recruitment Limited in Auckland is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. You will ensure stock moves smoothly and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

This role requires strong organisation, teamwork and the ability to manage inwards goods, despatch, freight coordination, and forklift operations daily. You will drive continuous improvement and maintain high safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Run daily warehouse operations so orders are picked, processed, invoiced and despatched on time
• Oversee inwards goods, container devanning, stock receipting and stored allocations
• Maintain accurate stock control and weekly stocktakes (FIFO)
• Coordinate freight partners
• Keep container documentation, MPI requirements and records up to date
• Lead from the floor, support the team and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse
• Operate forklift, clamp and reach equipment safely

Our client is looking for a hands-on, organised Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Auckland distribution centre. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working alongside their team and making sure every order, delivery and stock movement is completed accurately and on time.

The opportunity

You will oversee distribution-centre activity, from inwards goods and container devanning through to order picking, invoicing and despatch. You will keep the warehouse safe, tidy and ready for the next arrival while maintaining strong communication with customers, freight providers and the wider business.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Running daily warehouse operations so orders are picked, processed, invoiced and despatched on time
• Managing inwards goods, container devanning, stock receipting and allocated storage space
• Maintaining accurate stock control, including weekly stocktakes and FIFO practices
• Coordinating effectively freight partners
• Keeping container documentation, MPI requirements, records and reporting up to date
• Leading from the floor, supporting the team and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse
• Operating forklift, clamp and reach equipment to a safe and capable standard
