Job summary

Reptiles, based in a modern Canterbury warehouse, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, drive efficiency, and problem-solve as the business grows.

You will oversee picking, packing, dispatch, stock control, freight bookings, and HSE compliance while mentoring a small team; importing experience would be advantageous to support MPI requirements.

• Solid warehouse and logistics experience.
• Experience in stock control.
• Experience with warehouse systems.
• Team leadership experience.
• Able to work with heavy products.
• Importing experience would be beneficial.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to help us grow our operation. Reptiles prides itself on efficient and responsive service. As a seven-day operation servicing three retail stores, we need our stock to be organised, accurate and readily available. Our business is evolving, and we need one more great person to help make that happen.

About the role

Based in our modern, purpose-built warehouse, you'll work alongside our warehouse team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the operation. This is a leadership role where you lead from the front, get involved, sort problems, improve systems and help the team work more efficiently.
