Job summary

Westan New Zealand is seeking a hands-on warehouse team member to pick, pack and dispatch orders, maintain stock records and support inventory control.

You will use warehouse and accounting systems daily, print courier labels, and may operate a forklift. A positive attitude, good communication and accuracy are essential in a fast-paced environment onsite in New Zealand. The role requires physical fitness and a willingness to obtain forklift certification if needed; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software.
• Experience using warehouse management, inventory or dispatch systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual lifting throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Record serial numbers and maintain accurate inventory records.
