Job summary

Clear Realm Creation Limited, a Dunedin-based renovation and property services company, seeks an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join our growing team in Otago. Guaranteed hours: 30 per week with potential up to 40 hours.

You will prepare surfaces, tile walls and floors, measure and cut tiles, seal joints, and assist with broader renovation work. Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant experience; police and medical certificates, current drug test results, no ACC claims in 3 years, and

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience
• Qualification not required if experience meets requirement
• Must provide police and medical cert, provide recent drug test result, have not claimed from ACC in last 3 years, must have a full and clean drivers license

Responsibilities

• preparing wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces
• Prepare surface and lay wall and floor tiles with accuracy.
• Measure, cut, and shape tiles to fit around fixtures and obstacles.
• Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Applying waterproofing systems
