Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco voice platforms.
- Strong background in enterprise telephony environments and large-scale deployments.
- Ability to deploy, configure and support voice infrastructure and migrations.

- Install and commission Cisco voice infrastructure and associated hardware.
- Support voice migration activities, including planning, implementation and cutover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice and telephony issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver voice services with minimal disruption to end users.
- Contribute to documentation, operational handover and ongoing service support.
- Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with technical standards and best practice.

- VoIP, SIP and enterprise telephony
- Cisco Voice Gateways and voice infrastructure
- Voice platform deployment and migration projects
- Troubleshooting complex Cisco voice environments
- Working within large enterprise or government organisations
