Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar retail role.
• Strong portfolio of visual displays.
• Excellent design sense, color theory and space planning.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising strategies for designated stores in the Eastern Cape region.
• Design and implement window displays and in-store visuals aligning with brand campaigns.
• Create floor plans and layouts to optimize product placement and customer flow.
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to support launches.
• Train store staff on merchandising standards.
• Monitor display materials inventory and maintenance.
• Evaluate display effectiveness and adjust to maximize sales.
