Job summary

Genius Early Years in New Zealand seeks Home-Based Educators, Au Pairs and Nannies to join a supportive team delivering high-quality early childhood education in the home setting. Join our Visiting Teacher network to mentor Educators, provide professional leadership, and support learning stories, programme planning and administration.

Travel across Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions as needed. This part-time role starts at 10 hours per week with potential to grow; Level 4 training is provided for

Qualifications

Proven ability to mentor and coach adults.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in leading learning and development in early childhood settings.
Commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Provide professional leadership and support to in-home Educators/Nannies.
Travel around Waikato/BOP regions to support Educators and the team.
Assist with learning stories, programme planning and some administration.
