Genius Early Years is seeking a qualified Visiting Teacher to provide professional leadership and support to in-home Educators across the Marlborough/Nelson region. This part-time role starts at 15 hours per week with potential growth as the network expands.

The successful applicant will travel regionally to support Educators and the team, bringing an in-depth knowledge of early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload.

Qualifications

• Qualified early childhood teacher with a Diploma of Teaching.
• Current full NZ Education Council practicing certificate.
• Experience leading adults, including mentoring and coaching.
• Strong time management and organisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to build professional relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional leadership and support to in-home Educators.
• Travel around the Marlborough/Nelson region to support Educators and the team.
• Contribute to high-quality early childhood education and care outcomes for Tamariki and whanau.
