Job summary

SkyCity Auckland is seeking a Duty Manager for our VIP Gaming Restaurants. This full‑time role supports the Operations Manager, oversees Front of House, builds rosters, and ensures guest needs are met with exceptional service around the clock.

You should bring proven Food & Beverage experience in reputable venues, strong supervisory skills for 8–10 attendants, and solid bar and cash handling knowledge. Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus; flexibility and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage experience gained in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting.
• Proven supervisory skills with responsibility for 8–10 attendants on shift.
• Sound knowledge of bar operations and cash handling practices.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift as Duty Manager and oversee Front of House operations.
• Build rosters and assist with ordering for VIP Gaming restaurants.
• Ensure guest requirements are met and service standards are exceeded.
• Lead a team to deliver a premium hospitality experience around the clock.
