BaySwim is seeking a Part Time Venue Supervisor for Community Halls in Auckland, New Zealand. This role is 25 hours per week and focuses on ensuring venues are welcoming, well-presented, safe, and accessible for all users.

You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold high service standards, and actively engage with community groups and local stakeholders to grow community use of our venues.

Are you passionate about community connection and creating welcoming spaces for people to come together?
We're looking for a Venue Supervisor - Community Halls to oversee the day-to-day operation of our community halls and help ensure they remain safe, well-presented and accessible for all users. The role combines customer service, venue operations, stakeholder engagement and community relationship-building, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and growing community use of our venues.
