Bay Venues in the Bay of Plenty is seeking a Part Time Venue Supervisor for Community Halls to manage day-to-day operations, ensure spaces are safe, well-presented and accessible, and assist with bookings and events.

You will work 25 hours per week, collaborate with community groups and local stakeholders, deliver welcoming experiences for users, and help grow community use of our venues.

Part Time Venue Supervisor: Community Halls – 25 hours per week

Are you passionate about community connection and creating welcoming spaces for people to come together?
We're looking for a Venue Supervisor - Community Halls to oversee the day-to-day operation of our community halls and help ensure they remain safe, well-presented and accessible for all users. The role combines customer service, venue operations, stakeholder engagement and community relationship-building, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and growing community use of our venues.

We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is proactive in building positive relationships with customers, community groups and local stakeholders.
