Job summary

Ezi Car Rental Wellington is seeking a hands-on Vehicle Service Agent to keep our fleet in top condition and ready for customers. This full-time role involves cleaning and preparing vehicles to a high standard, performing basic checks, and reporting any damage.

You’ll work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, thrive in a team, stay on your feet, and contribute to a smooth customer experience by ensuring well-presented vehicles and efficient yard organisation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicles to a high standard.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks (cleanliness, condition).
• Identify and report any vehicle damage.
• Organise the yard and maintain presentation standards.
• Assist with registrations and WOF processes.
• Move vehicles between locations, suppliers and customers.
