CARL’S is building an Auckland team and seeking a UGC and Influencer Manager to establish our US creator network and deliver content that supports customer acquisition and brand growth.

You will own creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations and briefing, building relationships with people who can bring our brand to life. This role focuses on managing campaigns from first contact through to finished content across advertising partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing UGC, influencer campaigns or creator partnerships.
• Proven ability to source creators and deliver campaigns.
• Strong outreach, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisation across multiple creators, deadlines and budgets.
• Understanding of what makes persuasive content for paid social.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit US creators and influencers suited to customers, brand and concepts.
• Build a consistent outreach process and maintain a pipeline of talent.
• Assess creators for content quality, relevance, engagement and reliability.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, deadlines and usage rights within budgets.
• Turn concepts into briefs covering hooks, talking points and shot lists.
• Coordinate product deliveries and filming schedules with partners.
• Track briefs through filming, delivery, feedback and approval.
• Review content and arrange revisions or additional footage.
• Secure permissions for paid ads, partnerships and reuse.
• Coordinate posting schedules and campaign deliverables.
