CARL'S is a new food brand launching in the United States and building an Auckland team and is looking for an AI Video Creator to produce attention-grabbing lifestyle ads using generative AI tools. You will turn briefs and assets into high-quality videos for TikTok, Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, ensuring strong hooks and clear messaging.

A portfolio of AI-generated content and experience with US-market brands is essential.

Qualifications

Essential: portfolio of AI-generated video content, ideally short-form ads or brand content for consumer products.
Experience with current AI video models and AI ad/UGC platforms.
Experience with AI image tools for product shots and storyboards.

Responsibilities

Create AI-generated video ads for paid social on TikTok, Reels, Facebook and Shorts.
Turn scripts and product assets into polished videos with strong hooks and calls to action.
Produce AI UGC-style ads including avatar-led testimonials and product demos.
Generate high volumes of concepts for testing and optimization.
Ensure brand look and product accuracy across all AI-generated scenes.
Build prompts and workflows for realistic visuals across shots.
Create AI voiceovers, music and sound design and combine AI footage with real content.
Edit videos with captions and graphics for 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 formats.
Use performance feedback to improve concepts and variations.
Test new AI tools and models to improve quality and speed.
