The Meadows Early Learning Centre Waikato is seeking a warm, enthusiastic and fun-loving kaiako to join our preschool team. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but you should love working with tamariki and enjoy creating joyful, engaging experiences.

We value relationships, curiosity and play. You will work with a supportive team in a rural environment, with opportunities to learn and grow while embracing the occasional mess and unpredictable adventure.

Qualificações

• Must have experience working in early childhood settings.
• Warm, patient, playful and reliable.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with tamariki, whānau and teaching team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in practice.
• Open to learning in a dynamic, occasionally noisy environment.

Are you passionate about working with tamariki? Do you love messy play, big imaginations, muddy gumboots and the magic that happens when children are given time and space to explore?

The Meadows Early Learning Centre is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and fun-loving unqualified kaiako to join our preschool team.

You don't need to be a qualified teacher, but you do need a genuine love for working alongside children, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with tamariki, whānau and our teaching team.

At The Meadows, we believe in learning together. Our curriculum is inspired by Te Whāriki, enriched by Te Ao Māori, and grounded in relationships, curiosity, play and a whole lot of joy!
