Job summary

Kindercare Learning Centres - Warkworth Auckland is seeking a warm and nurturing kaiako to join our preschool team. The role involves delivering high-quality early learning for tamariki aged 3–5 in a purpose-built centre licensed for 104 children.

We offer full pay parity, generous sick leave, funded teacher registration, wellbeing support, leadership development, and 50% childcare fees for your child. NZ residency or valid NZ work visa is required.

Qualifications

• ECE qualified and registered teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate, or a teacher in training, or close to completing your ECE Teaching qualification.
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite.
• Permanent, full time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support tamariki aged 3 to 5 years in a warm, nurturing preschool room.
• Partner with parents and whānau to support child development and learning.
• Create inspiring environments that reflect the local curriculum and whānau needs.

About the position

• Permanent, full time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
