Job summary

Macmahon is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor for Snowy River Gold Mine Project – Reefton, NZ. You’ll lead daily performance, ensuring safety, plan compliance, and quality while managing schedules and resources on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Underground Shift Supervisor role.
• Hold at least one of the following mining leadership qualifications: S26/S123+/S10 or NZ Statutory Supervisors ticket.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality.
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team.
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement.
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected.
