Job summary

Macmahon Holdings Limited is seeking experienced Underground Shift Supervisors for the Snowy River Gold Mine Project in Reefton, New Zealand. The role focuses on leading from the front, ensuring safety, plan compliance and high-quality delivery on site.

You’ll manage crews, coordinate resources, and engage with contractors and suppliers. An even-time roster and FIFO from East Coast Australia are available for the right candidate, with NZ residents encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience as Underground Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Multiple statutory supervisor certificates or tickets considered.
• Proven ability to plan, lead and coach on mine sites.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisor role
• Hold at least one of the following mining leadership qualifications:
• S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (WA)
• S123/G189 Mining Supervisor ticket (QLD)
• S10 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (NSW)
• B or A Grade NZ Statutory Supervisors ticket
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery
• Valid Australian manual drivers' licence or New Zealand (Class 1)
