Job summary

Aroha Consulting Limited in Central Auckland is seeking a Head Teacher to lead our Under 2’s team, creating a warm, safe space where babies and toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. You’ll shape early childhood education and drive a small, collaborative team.

No experience needed — full training provided. You’ll bring enthusiasm for mōtika and learning with under 2’s, plus a current First Aid and CPR certification, and you’ll build strong whānau relationships while upholding health and safety

Requirements

• You don’t need lots of experience, but enthusiasm for mōtika (care) and learning with under 2’s is essential
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A genuine interest in supporting your team and working well with whānau
