Job summary

Kindercare Learning Centres in Christchurch is seeking a warm and nurturing Team Leader to guide a wonderful team of teachers in our Kiwi Room for tamariki under 2. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

ECE qualified and registered with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate; NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required. You will mentor and support staff, build strong partnerships with whānau, and create inspiring, safe learning experiences

• ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate.
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of teachers in the Kiwi Room for tamariki under 2.
• Mentor and support team members to deliver programme of learning.
• Foster partnerships with parents and whānau to support child development.
