Job summary

Talent Army is seeking a UI Designer to work hands-on across product and engineering, turning complex problems into simple, intuitive interfaces. You’ll create prototypes where useful, collaborate with developers during implementation, and help evolve reusable components, patterns, and design systems.

You will contribute to shipping customer-focused UI in a fast-moving SaaS environment, influencing product direction and iterating quickly within a flat, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• A portfolio demonstrating products you’ve helped successfully ship.
• Expertise across hierarchy, typography, spacing, layout and navigation.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction states and accessibility.
• Ability to simplify complex software and customer experiences.
• B2B SaaS, developer tools, security or complex application experience is advantageous.
• HTML/CSS knowledge and the ability to make smaller UI changes would be a bonus.

About the Role
