ABB is seeking a Warehouse Leader in Napier, NZ to oversee a two-shift operation within our manufacturing unit. You will manage warehousing processes, data integrity in ERP, and staff performance while driving safety and efficiency.

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a warehouse team within our manufacturing unit, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Each day, you will oversee warehouse processes, manage resources, and ensure our warehousing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also showcase your expertise by leading by example and fostering a culture of data-driven management. The position requires flexibility to support a two-shift operation, with availability across extended production hours to ensure continuity, safety, and performance across shifts.
