Job summary

ABB Napier is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy manufacturing warehouse. You will lead, mentor and develop staff across two shifts, ensuring accurate ERP data, safe operations and continuous improvement to meet production goals.

You will drive capacity optimization, inventory control and timely data entry for inbound/outbound movements while collaborating with the Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience leading teams across multiple shifts or extended operating hours.
Proven conflict resolution and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse team within manufacturing unit.
Oversee warehouse processes and data accuracy in ERP.
Mentor and develop team members with staffing and performance management.
Optimize capacity, inventory and floor utilization with Warehouse Manager.
Implement operational improvements and drive safety-first culture.
Ensure data entry accuracy for goods movements and production data.
Balance people leadership with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
