Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Facilitation

• Deliver our structured, pre‑planned Restricted Licence Preparation Programme
• Support students one‑on‑one or in small groups
• Maintain attendance registers

Administration

• Manage student communication and bookings
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Track learner progress and outcomes
• General office and student administration duties

What You’ll Bring

• Teaching and administration experience (essential)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
• Strong Google Suite skills
• Passion for working with people, especially youth (16+) and adult learners from diverse backgrounds

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with youth or adult learners (teaching, tutoring, teacher aide)
• Unit standards 4098, 7093, 29692
• Experience in a warehousing environment

Requirements

• Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence
• No criminal convictions
• Drug‑free
• Permanent work rights in New Zealand with no restrictions

Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
