Job summary

Solomon Group, based in Wiri, is seeking a passionate and experienced Relief Tutor who can be called on as required to support our training programmes with potential travel to Rotorua and Hamilton sites.

You will bring practical industry experience in Roading, Infrastructure and the wider trades sector, and be committed to helping learners succeed with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training/tuition in a workplace setting.
• Ability to work as part of a whanau/team.
• Strong communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support training programmes as required at Solomon Group sites.
• Assist learners to achieve goals in Roading and Infrastructure sectors.
• Travel to Rotorua and Hamilton sites as needed.
• Communicate clearly with learners and staff to ensure smooth programme delivery.
